Jih-Wen Yeh has been the founding producer of Step Out Arts since 1995. The company is run as a sole trader with the business model of working alongside partners based on each project's needs. The over-all aim is supporting artists and organisations to assist in the best realisation of their performance projects.
Jih-Wen produces works locally, nationally and internationally. These include ArtsCross (UK/China/Taiwan, 2009-2103): ‘Ice Age,' a collaboration between disabled artists Chung An Chang (Taiwan) and Maylis Arrabit (French Basque Country), 2019-2021; and, currently, another international collaboration project between Dance Base PRIME group (Scotland) and B.DANCE (Taiwan) for 2022-2023. She also has been co-producing Taiwan Season since 2015, and curating Taiwan Season Symposium for three consecutive years. The inaugural Taiwan Season Symposium: 'Connecting With Taiwan' was rewarded with an Infallibles Award initiated by Stefania Bochicchio (CEO of Infallible Productions and ITI/UNESCO co-director) in 2020.©Peter Robertshaw

Donald Hutera has written reviews, previews, interviews and cultural commentary for a wide variety of international publications (including The Times of London), websites and books since 1977. He has been a ‘judge’ on numerous performing arts festival and other panels; mentored aspiring critics for, among others, Aerowaves dance platform and the British Council; and been guest speaker or writer-in residence at dance, theatre and circus gatherings world-wide including ArtsCross (UK/China/Taiwan, 2009-2103) and Aerowaves Springback (Europe, since 2014). His involvement with Taiwan Season as PR representative began in 2016.
