Verity Leigh is Programme Director for Horizon.  Horizon was set up in 2021 by a consortium of 6 leading England-based arts organisations, to catalyse new relationships between artists making performances in England and international partners.  It presents a showcase at the Edinburgh festivals, as part of a programme of artist support and development which includes artist residencies, artist bursaries, and onward touring support.  Before Horizon, Verity was Programme Manager at Summerhall, where she collaborated on multiple Taiwan Season programmes.  She worked as Producer with Edinburgh-based Magnetic North for 10 years, and has previously worked for Arts Council England, Quarantine and Forced Entertainment.
